How do I book a car |
 |
Click on 'Booking and Quotations' at
the top menu. Once the Booking form is displayed, simply click on
the 'I Want to Book' and then fill in all the relevant details and
click the 'Send Enquiry Details' button.
We will then process the booking and send you an email with all the
necessary details, including the price and a payment link to our
secure payment server (this process usually takes a few minutes, but
at busy periods can take a few hours)
Once your credit card has been authorised, we reserve a car for you
and will email confirmation within 24 hours (usually the process
takes 1-2 hours)
If your journey commences within the next 12 hours, please call us
to complete the booking over the phone.

I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?
|

Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit
from Customs or the Information Desk, with
a board/placard/sign carrying your or passengers name
In all UK airports passengers go through Passport Control and pickup
their luggage before proceeding to the Arrivals Hall - where our
drivers are waiting (At busy periods this process can take over an
hour).
If you can't find the driver, please contact us immediately on 020
8930 9075 and wait
by the Meeting Point!
Heathrow: Terminal 1 - at the exit from customs (Along the railings
- straight on) Ireland and Nationwide flights - Domestic Arrivals
(Departures level) Terminal 2 - at the exit from customs (Along the
railings, or in front of the currency exchange booth) Terminal 3 -
at the exit from customs (Walk along the railings and bear right
towards the Information desk) Terminal 4 - at the exit from customs
(Turn right and look for the driver opposite Starbucks) Terminal 5 -
at the exit from customs (In front of Costa Cafe at the centre of
the arrivals hall) Ireland and Nationwide flights - Domestic
Arrivals (North end of terminal)
Gatwick: South Terminal - at the exit from customs (Bear to the
Right along the Railings) North Terminal - at the exit from customs
(straight on - near the currency exchange booth)
Stansted airport: At the exit from customs (straight on - near
the currency exchange booth) Ireland and Nationwide flights -
Domestic Arrivals (South end of terminal)
Luton airport: Straight on, past the Costa cafe
City airport: Centre of main hall |

All cars are up to 4 years old - they
are fully insured, licensed and are in immaculate conditions
inside/out. All cars have leather trim and air condition.
Drivers are smartly dressed in Suite and Tie |

What's included in your tariff?

Our prices include the cost of your journey and if applicable
Central London Congestion Charge. Prices don't include however, VAT,
Airport parking costs and various Toll charges.

What happens after I've booked a car?
|
 |
Upon completion of your booking we provide a Booking Reference
Number (BRN).
We then process your booking and e-mail you the confirmation details
within 24 hours

We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meet you on
time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 30 minutes for
baggage handling and Passport control to minimise parking and
waiting time costs)
